From 2003 to 2008, as Acting Director of Seneca Industry Innovation, he mentored many business owners with their marketing needs.

In 1983, Reza founded The Small Business Advertising Company — now celebrating its 25th year of success. Reza Alavie has been featured in a variety of media for his expertise in results-driven marketing.

During 2000 and 2001, Reza delivered the popular Marketing Tip of the Week on 640AM. He has written numerous marketing columns for various business publications.

Reza has received an Award of Recognition from the Ontario Government for his commitment to a training culture.
